Fresh Start Finance ,National Motor Co Inc Rip-Off money, won't return funds Virginia Beach Virginia

Was supposed to be financing a computer from Fresh Start Financial allowing themm to take biweekly payments of $66. Once I reached an agreed amount of money down ($500), they would send the computer. Well, I was late on a few payments which they said, would set back my delivery date.

After making about $800 worth of payments, I become a victim of fraud (a totally separate occurence from this one), and had to close bank accounts, credit cards etc. Months go by and i have not made any payments to Fresh Start Finance but they still have my account set up and the balance of about $800. With my current situation, I no longer want/need this computer.

Fresh Start Finance refuses to refund any money. I asked for some kind of contract of my policy/account be sent out to me, and again they refused. They have no web address and I don't even know if they are a real company or if I would have ever gotten a computer sent to me. So, now I'm out $800 and have no computer and no way to fight them or get any money back. A victim of fraud yet again. Don't give these people any money!!!
