We paid reguarly and on time on our cc account. Made payments 5 times the minimum due. Suddenly they would not accept payments because they claimed we had established a personal password.. we never heard of such .. they would not accept further payments without it. And would not help us recover this mysterious password.
Even after accepting a large payment in 2/09 they declared the account closed. No reason given.
By 5/09 we were called to make a settlement. They offered 1/2 off the balance as a settlement. We accepted but like complete morons, did not record the call nor did we get paperwork up front.
Now we are getting bills for the "balance" including late fees etc etc. BEWARE. They lied and cheated, which we had better sense about but let our guard down. These people are children of Bernin Madoff. The worst kind of crooked jew. And now I am initiating a law suit against them and will continue to sue them until they get tired or I die. I will not cave on this. Anyone want to join in?
