after being sold their payment protection program and paying monthly for this program my small company went beelyup. i applied for the benefit and was denied. i believe this is a scam. i was never sent this plann the mail but was assured by the person from hsbc that i would be protected.i believe a class action suit or congressional commitee shpuld be contacted about this scam.noe they are proceeding action against me even though they where aware that i was paying for this plan and now know that i am not working and cannot pay the monthly amount due. the card has been cancelled but i still receive penalties and further interests demands.

Household Insurance Protection Refusal

AUTHOR: Ashley Blue - Plain City (USA)

The same thing happend to us.  We were told by the Ohio Attorney General we could report this to:  Office of the Comptroller (Banks and Currency)  800-613-6743.  I imagine many of us have the same problem!
