HSBC Auto Finance SCAM Carol Streams Illinois

Clearly hsbc employees can't read either. In my previous entry I stated I was behind ONE payment, all my prior payments were not late but hsbc did not do what they are binded to per the contract, by not applying payments toward the principle is illegal. The BBB has thousands of complaints, from hsbc, harrassment, ect. According to the law, hsbc employees are not permitted to harass clients, they are not permitted to call people at work. Perhaps the hsbc employees should stay in school or take a class on the law. Again, one more time for the hsbc employees reading this-- read up on the laws, stay in school, and get a real job, and read the news. I'm quite surprised hsbc employees in the call center can even read this!!!
