HSBC Finance Corp.HSBC Card Services Did not honor the provisions of Account Plus Insurance Salinas California

Being declared disabled by Socil Security on December 14, 2007 I appliep for disabilty benifits from Account Secure. They assigned me case number c07839899 when I applied for activation in December. They denied my request because I did not notify administrator of the qualifying event within 120 days of the event, and did not provide the required proof to the adminstrator within 45 days of this notice. I did not receive proof till December 14, 2007 of this declaration of disability by Socil Secufity. They also said I did not meet the requirement of working 30 hours for 13 consecutive weeks prior to this event. Socil Security has a 6 month waiting period before honoring a claim.
