The Transforming Debt into Wealth Program is a scam. Please go to Google or Metacrawler and enter "John Cummuta." Read the numerous reviews very carefully and then ask yourself if you want to buy his "TDIWS" program.

They hook you by advertising on the radio that they will send you a CD for free. Then you have to pay $6.95 for shipping and you have 30 days to check this out. They then charge your credit card (5) payments of $80.00 per month for the course if you do not cancel.

They send you a whole box full of CD's, a "Trend Tracker", "Debt Free Software", "Debt-Elimination and Wealth Building Solutions" CD's (a lot of them), manuals, etc.....

They do not disclose this to you that they are going to dump all this on you as it goes from them offering a "FREE CD" to this.

I called up to speak with Customer Service and was treated awful by a real smart a** agent named Kieth (Employee # 29111). when you attempt to get a Return Authorization Number, he forces you to listen to your recorded conversation with the person you ordered from and to take up 10 minutes of your time. Extremely arrogant aditude.

Do yourself a big favor, don't fall for this scam and warn anyone you know to stay away from this and the terrible customer service.

AUTHOR: Brian Cook - (United States of America)

I am the first in line to hate scams, and money-making ploys by these types of companies, but after reading all of the excuses people are listing in these reports filed against this company, I just had to tell my experience.

When I heard the advertisement a few times, I decided to get the free trial and cd, so I called in.  The person I spoke with was not overly-pushy, and explained everything in detail about how I would be charged, and how much should I decide to keep the package.

Before my 30 days were up, I went to the web site, easily found the number to call in order to get a return authorization, called, and no one tried to talk me out of returning it, they just gave me the authorization number, the address to send back to, and when to have it back to them, which was within 2 weeks.  Very fair.

They suggested using some tracking service, which is not expensive with postal service, for my own protection, so there would be no doubt they received it and when.

People just like to complain, and I know there may be legitimate cases against this company, like bad media, or not being smart enough to use tracking when sending the package back, but I just had to say, in fairness to this company that they were clear, helpful and did not hide anything from me.
