Lenox Capital Ripoff of Innocent tired College Student SE Marietta Georgia

On November 10, 2002, I wasn't surprised to find out that 221.95 had been taked out of my account for a credit line of 5000.00 (which I need to build my non-existant credit history).

However, I was informed that I was to recieve my so-called benefits package in the mail before the money was deducted from my account, which was something that did not happen. I was called on October 10, 2002 at around 5:45 am in Washington with this offer and I usually question to good to be true offers and usually decline but being that I am not a morning person and all I wanted was a credit building line of credit and to get this lady off the phone, I went ahead with it and went back to sleep.

Needless to say, my financial situation is a large problem that I would like to resolve immediately. If anyone knows a way....please tell me, I beg you!
