I signed up for help to clear up my credit report and take off the duplicate and inaccuate items in November, 2005. I paid $79.00 set up fee, and $39.00 a month.
Every item they said was deleted, was back on the reports, they did not help me at all, as a matter of fact after signing with them my credit score went down.

They even mixed up someone else e mail and canceled my account in february, I called and cleared that up. I did cancel on April 12, but they took a charge out of my account on April 22.

Their services documentation for full refund states that " if enough disputed items aren't deleted, you won't have to pay for ineffective service, if we don't deliver you won't be charged." I have requested a refund. especially for the money taken this month.
I hope no one else has to go thru this.
