LPC Low Pay Card THIEVES, take money and delete records ripoff Portland Oregon

LPC, or Low Pay Card, is a company that offers credit to people with little or no credit with a down payment of 200 dollars. 50 of this 200 is non refundable and 150 is refundable should you cancel.

The Problem is that you can't cancel. Once they take the 150 dollars out of your account they delete your record, or at least they did with me, and tell you they never charged your account. I was also yelled at on the phone by the "customer service" agent and told that I was a liar.

Yet as i sit and write this I am looking down at a bank statement that shows the $150 withdrawal. THIS BUSINESS IS AN OFFICE OF THIEVES!
