If you find yourself in the offices of MST Financial Services, LLC in Boulder, CO interviewing for any of their positions (Sales, Negotiator, Contracts, HR, Paralegal, Customer Service), be warned about who you're working for. I left a very prestigious company, with generous benefits and tenure to come work for Michelle S. Tucker. After a week of employment, she had one of her personnel call me after I left work for the day to inform me that I was let go. No reason was provided, nor had there been any communication regarding the dissatisfaction of my services. For all I knew, things were going well. I hit the ground running and completed tasks as assigned, despite the lack of proper new employee training procedure.
MST Financial Services, LLC is poorly organized with an unstable administration, responsible for over 50 individuals (possibly you?). In my week's time there, three management-level employees were either let go or left because of the hasty, whimsical and unprofessional execution of power by Michelle Tucker. The company has an extremely high employee turnover, and lacks the structural foundation any good employee deserves. If you are unemployed and desperate for a job, beware. It's not worth your time or risk! If you're employed and looking for opportunity, you will not be given the typical 90-day period involved with most sound organizations. In either instance, common decency will not be observed and you will be taking an enormous risk for Michelle Tucker, who doesn't care one ounce about you.
My intention in reporting this is to inform the consumer and potential applicant. I know this economic environment calls for desperate measures, but not with MST Financial Services, LLC and Michelle S. Tucker. If you find yourself responding to a Craigslist add in Boulder, CO for a "growing financial firm", be on alert. There's a reason the add was placed, and it's not because it's growing. It's because no one can survive in the chaotic, unprofessional, and hasty atmosphere.
