NADN ripoff Las Vagas Nevada

Hello, I too have been ripped off by the NADN. I was about to try the mall for all scam. I gave them my CC info. AFTER they told me I had 48 hr. to decide if I wanted to try it, if not call them back and the transaction would not go through.

Well I decided I didn't want to try it and called to cancel, and they had already withdrawn my money, the day BEFORE the deadline.I called and talked to someone there, and they told me "it was a mistake" and "I would be getting a refund of $500.00 in about 2 to 3 weeks". this was in april of 2003.

Then in feb. 2004, they started calling me again and I would tell them I was unhappy,and when I tried to tell them why they would hang up on me.

This went on for about 3 weeks,I finally had enough, and told them I was going to the local TV and radio stations and bust them out if I didn't get my money back. I told them I had audio tapes (and I do )of conversations an employee and I had about them withdrawing money from my account the day before their "deadline" and the employee saying "they sure did,didn't they". I also told him "I was going to sue, and get a hell of a lot more than $500.00 back when it was all said and done with". The next day I had my money back.
