National Financial Systems, Inc. Still Adding Interest and Late Charges, Harrassing Phone Calls Hicksville New York

I had a Credit Card that got put into this Collection Agencies hands. I wrote to them explaining that I'm on SSI and APTD, and offered a monthly payment plan, that I can afford for the time being. Also told them that if in the future I could send more, I would, gladly. They have cashed my checks, but EVERYDAY, they call, sometimes just hang up, and maybe 2 out of 10 calls leave a message. They continue to add late fees and over the limit fees, so I'll never get this paid.

One representative finished his call with quote "do you ever pay your debts?" I have been paying them EVERY month as I stated I would. Living on such a limited income of SSI, $552.00 a month, and APTD(Aid To The Totally and Permanently Disabled), $27.00 a month I can only afford so much a month as I have other creditors that I'm also paying plus my every month bills, like rent, utilities, phone etc. As far as I'm concerned I feel like this is harrassment, as they have cashed my checks (and may I add I have been paying EVERY month as I told them I would).

I have NO ASSESTS, nothing, not even a burial plot! I am an In-complete quadrapeligic, living in chronic daily pain. And the Stress that these people are putting on me is making me litterally ill. I just want them to STOP calling me, and harrassing me. They accepted my payment plan, by cashing my check or am I wrong? They are going to end up sending me to an early grave, as the STRESS is growing with every phone call. I don't know what to do anymore.
