New Leaf Associates, James Patterson, Quantum Business Consultants, Tom Spiller, Ameribiz Consulting, D.C.J Marketing ,Ripoff Scammed thousands of people touting that they would eliminate credit card debt and/or student loans Port Richey ,Tampa Florida

What sounded too good to be true turned into a nightmare unsolved for me. Thomas Spiller is the person that owned Quantum Business Consultants which is the company the checks were made out. I sent my official Citibank money order made out to Quantum Business Consultants for $3795.00 on 2-18-2005.

James Patterson, the President of New Leaf Associates, writes the welcome letter with NLA letterhead on top on the letter and tells me what they need in order to serve me better. " Again we want to thank you for choosing NLA for your credit and debt mangement needs."

Once they got my check they assigned me a number for my case. That was April 14, 2005. On May 26, 2005, I wrote a letter telling them to cease and desist dealing with my accounts immediately and to send back my money which they guaranteed they would in their paperwork.

I have written to William Featheringill and Charlie Crist to explain what happened but no luck. I even sent all the papers to maybe help their case. It just does not seem fair to not get my money back when I need it. I still have a big folder with all my papers in it, in case a miracle happens. Anyone that has information about NLA should take a stand and come together.
