Ocwen Federal Bank has a bad collections procedure. Rip-off! Orlando Florida

This company's collection department is resorting to going through the phone book and calling 'same-name' entries in their attempt to collect debts. I get a call on Mother's day that is very harrassing, asking me for the last four digits of my social.

I ask the caller what the address of the person they are looking for is and it is not my address. At this point the call gives me four digits of a social that does not match mine. I tell them they are calling the wrong person and ask for the supervisor.

The caller states they are the supervisor. I ask for the business name, address and phone and they become uncooperative. I tell them never to call me again.

Most disturbing is they know the last four digits of my social as well. The caller said does your social end in xxxx? I want these calls to never occur again. I also want an explanation as to why they have any information on me. I have never done any business with this organization. I will be following up with them.
