Many people have complained about being swindled by Oxford Financial for $249 with the promise of a MasterCard program that will help rebuild your credit. If you paid by electronic check this is what you need to do (I did it today). Call Payment Resources International LLC, the company that was processing payments for Oxford Financial. Their phone number will be stamped on the back of your electronic check that clears the bank.

They are no longer working with Oxford Financial, but they immediately said they could "send the money back to where it came from" (meaning my account). The man I spoke to said he didn't know why they weren't working Oxford anymore and he didn't care, all he knew was that there were a lot of complaints about them.

Good luck everyone. I plan to continue tracking these folks down. Please report this if it has happened to you - don't just stop when you get your money back.
