This company called said they would get me a credit card. There was a fee of $279.00 they took from my account. They said I would receive some papers to sign, which I did, and sent back.

They said I would receive my card in 7-10 days after receiving the papers back. They received the papers on April 30,2004. I spoke with customer service, they gave me this info.

Every 2 weeks I would call about my card. I would be told its in processing, and would be going out in a couple of days. I spoke with customer service every 2 weeks till July 20,2004, when I was told my card would be mailed out on July 23 and that I would receive it in 7-10 days. I never received it so I called back. They said had computer trouble and it would go out on July 30.
They even told me what bank the card would be on.

Today is August 26,2004. Since August 2,2004, which is when I should have had my card, I have called and called trying to reach someone, but thier phone has been disconected or is no longer in service. The phone company has no way of telling anyone if they have a new number because they have no way of looking up toll free numbers, or so they told me.

If anyone calls you over the phone about a credit card, tell them no thank you. I am out $279.00, my wife is out of work, and my daughter is a senior this year. That money could have paid for alot of things.

In the long run go to your local bank get a card from them, have telemarketers blocked from your phone.
