First People's Community Federal Credit Union is a legitimate credit union. They are located in Cumberland, MD - the address given is correct. However, they are a member of the National Credit Union Administration, and having lived 5 minutes away from the main branch for years, I can say that I would be shocked to learn that any sort of scam involved them.
