Peoples Credit First ripoff con-artists evil dirt bags a catalog is not a credit card! Tampa Florida

I just turned 18 years old. The day I received the package that said you can get a credit card from use to start your credit up. So I showed my mother and she told me to be careful that I didn't know what I was getting myself into. So I sent in the 49.95 that it said for me to send in and then I received an package back and it had the card in it and a catalog of order stuff in. That's not what I was planning for. So I put the package back in the mail and I put on it return to sender, from there I have no idea were it went to but now I'm still trying to get my money back.
