This flyer has a green border, with a stamp of approval and bar codes on the top. I't states that it is Guaranteed approval, not a maybe. Just send the guaranteed acceptance certificate and include your one time only membership fee, and your platinum card will be sent to you.
It will have a 5,000 dollar credit limit with zero percent intrest for the first year. They have you send the flyer in with the money, so then you do not have the info about were their company is or the address. This scam does not even have a phone number or web.
The name at the bottom is Robert Stevens Approval Department
