Peoples Credit First ripped me off

I have had dealings with Peoples Credit First. They have not been pleasant ones.

Unfortunately they distribute the same catalog that I do locally. What they do gives legitimate wholesale/retail distributors a bad name.

I ignorantly fell for their little scam. I have been trying to get back my $49 from them. Apparently they claim they did not receive back my packet and card in a timely fashion. The main reason I sent it back is because I can buy directly from the supplier.

The second reason is I was under the impression I would be receiving a normal credit card, which I was hoping to use to consolidate debt. I have gone through them and our supplier. Our supplier is just that a supplier what individuals do with their business is their business.

I need help getting my hard earned money back and keeping the name of my catalog in good standing. I do not wish to be associated with the likes of them. I do not extend credit, or make offers or promises that I cannot keep. At first I couldn't see how they had the financial backing to offer credit. Now I understand completely. They take money that they have received keep it and use it to cover their costs.

I hope someone can help me and warn people not to do business with them.
