porfolio recovery associates LLC help im disable and there trying to take all my blood norfolk , Virginia

Had a credit card for $500.00 with Providian in 1999, went to $1,400 for fees and late charges. Could not pay all and they sold it to one collection company in -02 or -03, they made a payoff agreement, I missed one payment and they started over again at the $1,400.00.

Have paid a lot through the years, Portfolio bought account in -07 have been sending me letters off and on since then and in March of -11 they called me with a pay off araingement for a 6 month period  for $110.00 per month to come out of my social  security check which is only $700.00 a month.

I missed one payment in June but continued to make payments after that each and every month. I missed another payment in September, called Porfolio to explain that I would pay 2 months in October and they told me that would OK and that would be my last 2 payments. This was on October 3.

On October 26 I talked to them and another person told me NO, I stilled owed $800.00 due to breaking agreement in June with the missed payment. Asked to speak with a manager and was told he was busy and would call back, guess what ? No call!

So, I said to myself " I am done with them " and stopped payment on my last payment.

CASE CLOSED!!! Not sure if they agree at this point, let em try to get my S. S.
