Some morning, early - they call, when your not awake enough to think clearly, to offer you a "Great Deal". A deal to good to be true. At first you refuse but they keep pestering you, calling you back time and again, with a better deal (lower interest rate/or no interest rate for a period of time, ie. 1yr. or 2yr.)
Eventually they wear you down, and the deal begins to make sense. Or you begin to rationalize it, Whatever it is, it is too good to be true. Then, don't forget the add on's... 24Hr. roadside assistance (I don't have a vechicle to need roadside assistance). This is automatic and you must cancel it within 15 days or it renews itself and more money is gone, (Funny they share the same 1-800-number). But you don't even remeber that you even have it.
Then they don't tell you how to contact them. So you can not cancel it even if you want to, and you can't remeber what company they were from... etc. It's scary what's this world
has come to,
GOOD LUCK

So I said to myself; "Maybe I should put a stop-payment on this transaction!" And because of that stop-payment (a full 3-4 days before they sent their electronic transfer though) My Bank-BANKONE- decided to refund all my money even though "they" tried to get around the stop-payment by replacing the transfer with a bank check (stamped no signature required)!!! Lets hear it for the little guy!! Keep up the good work RIP-OFF REPORT!!!

I have been to my bank over and over again trying to get help, but they say they are doing all they can to get the money back. I guess all banks aren't as helpful as yours. In spite of this, I am trying my hardest to get my money back.
It is very sad that banks are having to take the loss for a company that is being allowed to rip people off. I always believed that it was against the law to run a business using deceptive practices. I am sure that the many people that have written rip-off reports seeking help are just the tip of the iceberg.
