Providian Credit Card ripoff I had my good account but I made the mistake of thinking this was a honest company wrong Pleasanton California

In reading these report I'm hoping some one can help me and tell me if I can do any thing back in 2001 I had a account with providian and I was never late on the payments and I alway paid more than I owed.

Then one day I went to use my card and couldn't but couldn't fine out why but I just maid the payment I didn't use it a lot but every time I tried I couldn't and when I would call and ask what was wrong with my card I wasn't told any thing just to try it again and then one day I got this letter from them it was from a Kevin Johnson the fraud department and it gave a card number and said he had been investigation it and he said it had been reported as being opened without authorization.

I explain to him it wasn't my account and ask him why he sent me this letter and ask me to call him and he said he was told I know about it are I knew who did this it had been done in my mother in law name I told this man no thats to good for him but I didn't know what he was talking about but this person called me every thing said I was fraud and he going go to see me in jail for a long time. I was a bad person after he call me all these bad word he said he want me to sent him the money I told him to show me something I had signed and if he could I would pay it but he called me some more thing and said to sent it and thats why I couldn't use my account.

Now its on my credit by annothing name but the law say they can't talk to you and call you the thing this man did me but its like the credit bureau they can because the law let them but its wrong and I sick of leting people do thing like this to me know of any thing I can do
