I have been with providian for 5 years with no late payments, but last year july I could not make my payments on time i called them to let them know in order do not have late fees , they agreed, but they never stopped billing the fees to my account. for the past of 8 months they charges $35.00 dollars for late payments , and $94.91 dollars for finance charge it is almost$ 1,100.00 dollars, that i will have to pay plus for my previous balance.

The annual percentage rate for billing cycle: is 27.24% and daily periodic rate .0746%.

I called them to make payments arrangement, i came with an amount i could afford but they wanted more than what i offer. they were rude, and try to trick me to my checking account. i am afraid they are going to take money from my checking account without my permission.
