Providian/Credit Card Services unreasonable high interest rates, predatory practices, you name it Internet

For those of you who have been entrapped by the Mob-style practices of Providian and Aria/Credit Card Services, I would like to offer a suggestion that has worked for me. When I was informed about the rates going up to 30%, I decided to retaliate by placing my 2 providian accounts and that no-good run by mobsters Aria account into a debt management program.

All three accounts lowered their rates to 8% for the pay out through the Debt Management Program I selected. Now while I'm on the program, it isn't looked on in the most favorable light credit wise, but it will be a positive light on my credit bureaus after it's all paid off. AND, I can pay more on each card through the DMP and pay them off faster. This is the best way I have found to counter the criminal actions perpetrated on me and my family by the thugs.
