Providian - Providian Credit Card Sevices - Providianonline ripoff fraudulent billing, won't TAKE my payment, charging fees to PAY my bill! Manchester New Hampshire

Prividian has been calling my house 3 times a day for 3 weeks now... They call in the early am, then noonish, then in the pm. Each time I TRY to work this out by offering them a payment on the phone, which they then want w 15$ fee to process. They say I can pay online with no fees, so I try to do this online, but they are kicking me out of the online pay service, saying its because I am late. I am ONLY late because they demand this fee to pay by phone, and this was NEVER MENTIONED once, or in writing anywhere when I joined up for the service.
I pay everything via check debit card now days, SINCE I had the mail stolen from my mailbox! All companys that I am working with, utility bills, payments of any kind accept my debit check card.
Providian refuses to without me paying the 15$ fee, UNLESS I pay online but they WONT accept the online payment either. I DO NOT have paper checks anymore, and they seam to think that is the ONLY way they can get paid without charging MORE fees.
So in essense they won't ALLOW me to pay them anything. So WHY the 3 phone calls a day? they call, but WONT accept the payment offered! So they call again, and refuse to accept the payment again, ECT ECT... This debit checking card is a genuine form of payment to any other creditor on the planet. So WHY can't Providian take it as well?
I am NOT buying paper checks just for THEM. If they want to pay for the checks I will be HAPPY to use them as they demand. If this ruins my credit so be it. If they want to take me to court let them! at least the Court system WILL allow for me to make the payments via the debit check card.

I don't have any CC except my debit card, like you. I remember well how providianonline didn't work for me either. I figured that they would have that solved my know, I guess they want more money. I remember being hit with that $15.00 fee from them. Being young, I paid it. I then found out that ANY piece of paper can be made a check. It doesn't have to be professional printed on the standard size check. Use an envelope, a napkin or better yet, a piece of toilet paper. As long as it contains all the information as a regular check, they MUST accept this as a check. You don't have to go out and buy paper checks just for them. You can even use check #001 on it. If they still require payment to get you caught up, this is the way. I hope this helps. And if you can, get another card or personel loan to pay this off and get away, far away from them as possible. hi i dont have a credit card with providian but my husband does it is in his name only not mine well he missed one payment and they are on the phone bugging me, i explain that he had to go away when he gets back he will pay in full, well they call 4 times a day, so now i know the number i dont even asnwer it, they told me they can call when they want to, well when my husband gets home we will cut the card up and let every one know not to do bussines with them they are very rud on the phone they need to be put out of bussinnes.
