debit card fraud

I went to use my debit card issued by Bank of America here in
Phoenix Arizona, when I was informed I had insufficient funds. I
have my paycheck on automatic deposit so I figured I had at least
$600.00 in my checking account. To my dismay I was told that
someone had got access to my debit card ACCOUNT NUMBER and PIN
NUMBER NOT THE CARD ITSELF JUST THE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THE PIN

and used every cent to rent a car at Sabans Rent-a-Car on 3625 W.
Indian School Road Phoeni Arizona. A company who flaunts in the
phone book that "they rent to anyone". I notified the bank and they
changed my card and account number but they said they could not
help me in any way to recover my $600.00. I also confronted the
Business and they looked at me as if I was let out of the nearest
mental ward. I am just a all American working stiff and I'm just
trying to get by from week to week. Thanks for listening.
