Sengkham Bounnharaj is a ripoff artist BEWARE
Seng has ripped off money from at least 6 people, Carmen, Alvin, Jorge, TSack, P. Herbert and B.Phimmasing. He preys mostly on military men from Fort Bragg.
He tells these people that he has a deal on a foreclosure for them, gets them to invest money anywhere from $4000 to $17,000 and then disappears. And guess what ? No foreclosure, absolutely nothing for their money.
So now he is headed for the big time because what he is committed is FRAUD and the amout combined between these known six people, some of who have promissory notes is well over small claims court limits.
He has now been reported for his deals to Fort Bragg in order to have him blacklisted and allow these military folks to BEWARE of his lies.
Also there are people very interested in the business he runs TA 50 Cleaners. He runs with his mother who incidentally he lives with. If he has as much money as he claims why live with your mom Seng?:) Do you file taxes Seng?

Its so bad when your own mother tells guys you owe her money too. His mom is a very nice lady. Some of us met his sister but she never talked about taking money from us. Seng always invited us to her house without her knowing. Were not positive if they even work together. The mexican guy we assume is now her ex hubby and seng would bragg about how many foreclosures they can get and how much money they would make this year like over 250 grand this year. The 2 of them went to raleigh all the time never with his sister. we thought your brother in law was a good guy hes scum too for working with you when he knows your doing this. It did seem odd when we came over to your sisters house why she didnt pay you any attention. Now the truth comes out you used her for her house and the white guy was really her husband thats why he acted strange we were in his house.

Sengkham has master minded the techniques used to rip people off. I've come across many victims that surrendered to his scams. They all had one major thing in common, and that is--they were soldiers that recently came back from deployment. These soldiers were asked to invest a certain amount in turn, were promised a percentage of his real estate profit, but the results were non other than a blindsided fraudulant scam. The soldiers never recieved any compensation, and when trying to reach Sengkham, whether it be via cell phone or via email, he is still unable to be reached. If you come across this ruthless individual, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with him and call the authorities!
