I WENT ON THE WEB TO APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD,
I HAVE HAD BAD CREDIT IN THE PAST.

I FILLED OUT A FORM AND RECIVED A CREDIT CARD {VISA} FROM THE FRIST
NATIONAL BANK IN BROOKINS. THE ONLY INFO THAT CAME WITH THE CARD
WAS (A LAY OUT THE WELCOME MAT)AND INFO INTO ALL THE MANY WAYS I
CAN USE THE CARD.

NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT A 199.00 PROCESSING FEE OR 149.00 ACCOUNT
SETUP FEE BROOKINGS SD.AND THE 19.80% THAT I HAVE TO PAY ON THESESO
CALLED FEES OF (349.00). MY LIMIT WAS FOR 375.00. I USED THE CARD
NOT KNOWING I ONLY HAD A 26.00 CREDIT LIMIT. NOW THE BANK WANTS
25.00 FOR OVER CHARGES I HAVE ALL PAPER WORK AND PHONE NUMBERS OF
PEOPLE THAT ARE OF NO HELP (1-800-658-3660).

I WAS INFORMED TODAY (5/17/99) THAT I HAD TO PAY THE FEES .I NO
LONGER HAVE THE CARD .
