This company says they’re different than credit repair scams; guess what, they are not!

I had a judgment reported on only one bureau I wanted removed. This company sent me letters for all three bureaus asking to remove the judgment (even though it only showed on Experian). What happened was that the other two bureaus immediately reported the judgment. Now I am screwed!

I questioned their procedure only to get back a very rude response that they know what they are doing and don't question what has worked for years. It was the most unprofessional email from the owner of this company. What a jerk! And guess what, it doesn't work!!!

And now they won’t even respond to my emails, phone calls or my complaints.

How can companies like this continue to operate? I have written to my states attorney general about the lying and probably illegal claims their representative (Higher Credit Score) made to me.

And BTW, don’t bother asking for your money back, ‘cause this Bruce McInnis (owner) won’t respond either to phone calls or email. Don’t be swayed by the BS on the website, it is just that bullshit!

I’ve tried to get results thru the Better Business Bureau. They are supposed to forward my complaint which they say they did. Guess what….no reply back. It’s no wonder the company has an “F” rating by the BBB.

I will be filing a lawsuit against this company… I’ve had it with people like this!

We work with the most reputable companies in AZ. ALL of the mortgage
companies we work with are satisfied with the Educational Program we
teach. We have unbelievable results every single day come in to our
processing centers from the FREE dispute system we allow our educational
students to use.

I find it very disturbing that anyone can just
leave a post like this, unnamed, and people actually believe it. Why
don't you stand up and identify yourself and identify these pretend
customers. We work extremely hard to ensure every customer is taken care
of. Are we perfect....absolutely no....and we never will be. We assist
in hands-on learning and simple mistakes can happen, human error always
exist.......but if we find someone has had a mistake or a communication
error.....we bend over backwards to make up for and extend their free
process as long as it takes.

Now please.....identify yourself so
we can legitimately resolve your real issue. I am not sure if you were
hurt and let go by one of our referring companies and you are trying to
find a way to lash out....but it isn't us who have hurt you. My direct
line is 877-686-8406. My name is Bruce McInnis Jr. I wrote and developed
the 65 chapter Credit
Educational Training Series, Classroom Training Series,
CreditBluePrint, and developed and perfected the Section 609 Dispute
Process. We have thousands and thousands of results.......191,000
satisfied customers since 1999 and how many complaints can you dig
up......now I see it is the SAME person making 3 of the same
complaints.....so I really only have 7 complaints in 12 years! Where are
the other 50, 100, 500, 1000 complaints I should have if people were
really not receiving what I sell?
