i recieved a phone call from titan financial 6 months after filing bankrupcy on march 10 2004. they offered to help me restablish my credit with a 2,500.00 credit limit mastercard.

they said that they were affiliated with several major banks in my area. all's i needed to do was verify that i had a checking account that was not outstanding with in the last 12 months.

after giving them my account info over the phone, they put an unauthorised check through netchex through my checking account for 299.00. when i called the company they reassured me that they were investigating my account. several weeks later i recieved a package from titan financial with an application for a secured mastercard from global financial.

AS OF JULY 12TH 2004 MY BANK STOOD BEHIND ME 100%. THEY HAD TO GIVE TITAN FINANCIAL 45 DAYS TO DISPUTE THE UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION.THEY CREDITED ME THE 299.00 TO MY ACCOUNT TODAY.

BEWARE, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. BUT ITS NICE TO KNOW YOU WILL. IF YOU NEED HELP GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK CONTACT ME AT [delete] LEAVE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER. I WILL CALL YOU PERSONALY AND HELP YOU. THIS SHOULD NOT EVEER HAPPEN TO ANY ONE. WE WORK TOO HARD FOR OUR MONEY.
