Recieved debt collection from TSYS representing JC Penney retailer and GE MONEY BANK client,in amount of $430.50...directed to my estate..when trying to reach the listed phone number NO contact is ever made,you recieve any one of 5 recordings...which leads you NO WHERE..you are disconnected or kept on hold indefinitely!!!My 75 year old mother who is in poor health..nearly died when she read this directed to MY estate!!!! I am very much alive,have not had a Penney's account in the last 10 yrs. and certainly do NOT owe them a dime...I am sending back their request with a MORE correct response....talk about misinformed!!!
