On September 24,2002 my checking account was debited $199. from U.S. Guardian AKA first Capital Consumers Group- now previosly I had been contacted regarding obtaining a credit card - I absolutely did not authorize in any way shape or form the withdrawal of even $1 never mind $199 from my account..

My husband will flip when he finds out...Please help me get back my $199 and help others not to get ripped off......and the best part is I paid $199 for a credit card I never even got!!! how the hell can this be legal?!
