UNITED FINANCIAL SYSTEMS did not pay my creditors for 3 months Internet

   My husband and I signed with United Financial Systems in November, 2009 to help us pay off our credit card debt we accrued through paying for our wedding and buying our new house. Before we began this we had good credit but felt overwhelmed in our debt and decided to go this route to pay off our creditors before we got behind in our bills.

   They took out 3 payments of $400 and during this time I was receiving phone calls from my creditors saying they were not getting paid. I contacted them multiple times to inform them. It was almost impossible to get a hold of someone and when I did they would reassure me that they were paying them.  After  three months I called every credit card in the program and they informed me that nothing had been paid. I tried to contact them and couldn't get through. Finally I sent an email threating to cancel and call the Better Business Borough, of course they called immediately. They told me it was a glitch in the system but they "fixed" it and my money was sent out.

   I am still waiting for a paper trail on that!

   I have canceled my contract and have chosen to work with a different company.
