United National Bank - Secure Card

I had a secured Visa Credit Card, I admit that due to health problems and multiple times in the Hospital, that I was late on some payments. But I always paid the late fees, and then made larger than requested payments, to catch up and get ahead!!! In thier wisdom, they decided not to renew my card, even though they have my money!! I have had nothing but trouble from them since I got the card. 1- They had my money in hand for over 3 months before issuing my first card. 2- It takes them forever to change my address, and required proof that I moved. 3- Delayed my mew card for 3 months, and still charged me the full Annual Fee. 4- After suspending my account, they kept accepting some charges to my account, and refusing only select others. 5- The service given to me whenever I called to straightend out some problem was as if I was annoying them. Like they had no time to let thier Nail Polish dry, or I stopped them from going to lunch!!! I recommend all to STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM DEALING WITH THIS BANK!! As of today 3-1-00, I have told them to fix the problem, or to pay off my account with my Secutity Deposit!! I will keep you posted as to what they do and how long it takes to fix this matter!!!
