It appears that US Bank Corp of North Dakota is deliberately taking large amounts of time to process credit card payments allowing them to delay the date they mark your account as paid. This in turn allows them to charge a hefty finance charge even though payment maybe received in full. On several occasions payment sent by first class mail 10-14 days ahead of the billing due date is being credited several days after the due date. A finance charge is then excessed even though the bill is paid in full. There is no way that a first class letter sent within the US to a P.O. Box will take more than 3-4 days to reach its destination.
