Received Card in the mail after they subtracted their fee from my checking account. Upon receiving the card, finally got a number where I could reach them (none of the e-mails work at all)and called to find out since it was an online card, could I use the card at e-bay or some other online site. Was told no.

So I order LexMark Printer Ink (2-27-03) again. Had ordered when I first received my card with the $180 refund voucher. Have been checking the mail everyday, still haven't received the ink. Tried tonight to get them, so I could get a refund on all of my money - Each Log On that they have to get in touch with them, does not work at all.

Correction, www.usacreditsuperstore.com works, but there is nothing there that you would want, much less, having to put down a downpayment on everything. All I want, is ALL my money back. I have not used the card at all. I wished I had seen you Rip0ff notice before I got involved with USA Gold. If you have a speedy refund that I can take advantage of, I'd appreciate it greatly.

FINE PRINT ON USA GOLD CARD

Today (4/18/03) I received an e-mail from this company. I used the link and thought wow this looks great. I then looked for the "FINE PRINT".
In the middle of the page it said TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I clicked on this link and found out that all the complaints I have read are due to consumer negligence.

I am not saying that I think what USA GOLD is doing is right. Their statements are very misleading.

In the TERMS & CONDITIONS it does state the there will be a non-refundable $149.00 deposit and that this is NOT a visa or master card. My suggestion is that all consumers should always look for the fine print. Thank god I did.
