Versa Debt, Debt Safe Guarenteed me that they could lower my interest rates and save me money. Marietta Georgia

I was contacted by Versa Debt on August 14th, 2007 and the representative, Kimberley told me their company was an interest negotiation company and could lower my interest rates on all my cards.

The fee was $990.00 and was guarenteed refundable if they did not lower my rates within 30-40 days. i got the packet with a web address to access, but it doesn't exist. I called the number on the packet and all agents were busy all the time.

they had a fax number which I have not tried, and I called my credit card company and found that the name under the transaction was Debt Safe, not Versa Debt. They also had a toll free number, but that number did not even ring. So I have paid $990.00 for nothing.
