West Asset Management lied to me about paper so they could collect , broke the law, Sherman Texas

west asset management should be shut down.they lie to get what they want and make you out to be the bad guy. i went to the emergency room while pregnant and it was covered by medicaid. someone in the hospital messed up on the charges and i ended up charged for it. i called the hospital and they said they would remove the charges.

well low and behold west asset management began to call me. i was harrassed and lied to for months so i would pay a bill that had already been payed for! i even had the paper work to prove it and so did west asset management.

one incident that sticks out in my mind is when daniel hannah called me. i told him i had the paper work to prove it had been payed and he said they got a paper and it said that medicaid did not pay for it and that i need to. i looked up the rules for bill collectors and i know this is against the law! how can he do that! then he spouted off some crazy talk to me and hung up the phone.

i called back to speak to a manager and of course got a 30 minute run around until i spoke another collector who told me she could read me anything that was on my collector report. i asked her to and she told me daniel hannah had written down that i had become irate and when he tried to calm me down i hung up on him! finalley after calling over and over again i got in touch with a manager whose name is john mahia.i told him what was going on and how daniel hannah had treated me and i wanted to know what he was going to do about it.
john mahia told me he could not release that information to me.

it took me months to get this company off my back. i finally had to go through my credit report and file for an investigation but they only took it off on one credit company. it is still on my credit. this company is out of my life but i want them to get what is coming to them . the people they treat like they treated me deserve absolute justice.
