CIC*CREDIT MONITOR SERVICES RIP-OFF TWICE ORANGE California

In getting ready for preparation of our tax return, we reviewed our entire checking account for 2003. Upon review we found that we had two unauthorized debits from our checking account both in the amount of $79.95, not to include and overdraft fee of $50.00. I have tried several times to contact this company by phone, mail, and researching the internet and have had no luck. Someone mentioned that this Company is a subsidiary of AOL and I would like to know if this is true. We are extremely strapped for money and really would like to get this back if there is anyone out there that can advise us, I would greatly appreciate it.
