I thought I signed up for a FREE credit report for 30 days with Triple Advantage Credit Service. It was too good to be true – there was a catch. Without knowing, I was charged $12.95 for its membership fee. I called its customer service number to get refund. I was asked my credit card information. After I gave the information, she transferred me to the cancellation department. It was answering.

So, I called my credit card company. My credit card company refunded me $12.95 next day. It was very helpful.
