Dear Ray,
I never authorized these charges. I verbally canceled this service over the phone the day I requested a "free credit report". I was told by the representative that it would be taken care of. She ensured me that this was a one time credit report and I was not signing up for any service. I was never told of any future "automatic" monthly charges. I was even charged twice in the month of January 2006. I am not the first person to be scammed by your company, just google your company and hundreds of websites reporting this scam are reported:

1437 people on one single website have been scammed by you and we are in the process of planning a class action lawsuit against your company. I see the address of your company is in Irvine, California. I live in San Diego and I will be happy to pay you a personal visit if it has to come to that. If I was you I would be ashamed and not be able to sleep at night for the crime you are committing. I WILL NOT pay for a service that I never requested. I will tell all of my friends, family members and coworkers to watch out for this scam. The next email I write will be a mass email to over 500 people I have in my address book about this scam-I will be happy to CC you. It is ironic to me that your company is supposedly set up to protect credit and scams and your real purpose is just that. I will also be contacting the credit organizations that you represent because I am shocked that they would be affiliated with you.
