CititMortgage - ABN AMRO CitiMortgage reported incorrect & derogatory late payments to the credit bureaus Gaithersburg Maryland

CitiMortgage bought out our original mortgage company in October 2007.

Since then CitiMortgage has sent incorrect late payment information to the major credit bureaus. They sent different late payment information to each different bureau. Not once but three seperate times. Each time I request a resolution their reporting becomes worse and more damaging.

I have been requesting by telephone and in writing to have this incorrect information they are reporting removed from our credit reports since May 2008.

We have been denied a refinacne because of their actions and now with the econmy in the crapper our house value has gone down and we lost the equity we had in May 2008

Had CitiMortgage not reported us incorrectly our refinanced loan would have been approved back in June 2008. We act in good faith and pay our bills on time. This is not our fault but we are suffering tremdeously!

Who has juristiction over these companies like CitiMortgage and the credit bureuas that seem to think it is acceptable to update our credit scores within 30 to 90 days?
