Credit Report America Did not provide three credit reports offered but charged $1.00 activation fee which was to be reversed Internet

CreditReportAmerica offered via e-mail access to 3 in 1 credit reports where $1.00 activation fee would be reversed. Instead of receiving reports, I was billed for three sub-sets: CreditBoost, Fraud Protection Resources, Identity Theft Protection. The 800 phone number shown on order confirmation (800-712-7224) does not allow you to speak to a person. I attempted several times to contact CreditReportAmerica via link but could not locate link on initial web page. Only by contacting Visa when charges began to appear on statement did I make some progress. Now two weeks after dispute through Visa I continue to receive e-mails with "credit report" tips
