creditreport.com Credit report.com exact same thing as the report before mine Internet

i went to creditreport.com and clicked the 30 day free trial button to sign up.  after seven days, they charged me the 14.95 monthly charge. when i called to discuss it, they told me i signed up for a 7 day trial, despite on their website it clearly says 30 day free trial. i asked for them to produce the terms and conditions that say 7 days. they cannot and will not do it. the ditzy agent on the phone says she cannot cut and paste and email it to me. i called corporate office, and he said he will send me a copy but has not as of this posting. he says you can log in to your account and see the terms you agreed to. when i did this, it says NOTHING about 7 days. it just says when your free trial is over. i believe that way they can say you signed up for whatever they want and charge you until you cancel.
