On 07/08/2008 Equifax signed certifed rtureceipt # 70072560 0003 0812 7297. The were notified of a Arbitration claim h been filed against them.
The arbitration case # is MX0807002121610.

On 08/13/2008 and 08/14/2008 the consumer affairs department from Equifax phone# 1-866-222-5880 called I told them they must show up for arbitration to correct public records most of the documents are notarized apostilled I wanted them to show up in person. I also gave them a consumer statement along with the certified return statement they refused or disregarded the consumer statement. The next day on 08/15/2008 Equifax mailed a credit report being vindicative

The credit report had my wife's rental record missing Document Notarized Apostilled. The legal department at Equifax did not understand Valid legal documents ???

Equifax my statement to you is do not get caught in vacation places like the Hague Intenational court I wil be looking for class action lawsuits

My wife is a immigrant and they stated she had a credit limit of 30000.00 which was a lie it was 300.00 I filed arbitration against Capital One
and they refused arbitration they state she owes 2,591.00 on a credit card of 300.00 she cut up the credit card and sent it back to them she continued to pay them what we thought was correct. They have continued to charge fees since 08/2002 by the way

Capital One Auto finance says we owe 1,680.00 on our car the problem with this is Capital one signs for the car payments certified return receipts

Equifax by refusing to attend arbitraton you are in essence guilty of corupting public records commiting fraud you need to quit acting like a little child and grow up.
