Experian ripoff, improper credit reporting Allen Texas

This company refuses to investigate incorrect information that is being reported to them.
They post this incorrect information on my credit report causing me to pay higher interest rates and then refuse to reinvestigate even though this information is not accurate.
I have contacted the court who they say is reporting this information and the court has no record of such information

Type up an invoice clearly stating a charge for use of your personal information. Also include a time frame that this use took place. Decide on a specific amount you wish to charge for this information. Send this invoice to the accounts payable department at Experian. They will send a letter back stating; they are not required to pay this bill. Be sure to record all dates pertaining to correspondence with them. Now they have been legally notified of the cost of your personal information and your intent ot charge them for using it. Now all you need is verification that they continued to profit off of your personal information. You have the right to some of this profit. If they don't pay you, then take them to court and report them to themselves.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act revised in 1997 states clearly. Any Debt that is unverifiable, regardless of its accuracy MUST be removed. This simply means that if Experian is asked to verify this debt, they have 30 days to do so or it must be removed.
Now to challenge them properly you really need someone experienced in Credit Repair BUT it can potentially be taken off of your record on all 3 bureaus.

Thats what the credit agencies are there for. Theyre just a sham so the companies out there can make you pay higher interest rates. They could care less if the info on you is correct or not. In fact they would rather have you have "bad credit". If everyone had good credit, no one would need their services now WOULD THEY?
Until everyone out there learns to stop using credit (like me) then this kindof stuff will continue to get worse. Stop using credit and these leaches will dry up and DIE!
Credit...ha ha ha
