I did a free credit report check in February of 2009. What I didn't know was that I was also signing up for a $14.95 dollar per month subscription with CIC Triple Advantage, owner of the freecreditreport.com, or is that the free credit rip-off (dot) com? Good luck speaking with a supervisor at CIC Triple Advantage, FreeCreditReport.com

I tried twice to be connected with a supervisor, on both occasions upon be "so-called" transferred, the line went dead after several minutes on hold. Is that the company strategy to deal with clients?
