free credit reports.com paid 24.95 to get all 3 credit reports, and not able to print them, spoke to CS they said i paid to see not print Internet

I went to freecreditreport.com on 6/07/2010. I paid extra to get copies of all 3 of my credit reports. the reports do not print even after i downloaded everything they told me to. I spoke to them 3 times and was told by a supervisor that I paid to see my credit reports not to print them. she refused to give me a refund. There are plenty of other agencies to provide credit reports, I will never bother to deal with this company who clearly are only in it to take your money and provide no CUSTOMER service at all.
