From Jan 16, 2007 until Oct 28, 2010, FreeCreditReport (FCR.com) stole monthly from my checking account a total of $593.80. They provided no service or product to me whatsoever. They claim I did't cancel my order within the first two weeks, which is true but again no service or product was ever provided. Upon contacting FCR by phone, they had no record of my address, email, fax, phone, etc....they only knew my bank account number.

While I don't like this company, the "service" they provide is allowing you to access your 3 credit bureau reports for a monthly fee.....how often is up to you.
I see NO Ripoff here, you admitted you didn't cancel and let it ride for so many years.
Why didn't you cancel a lot sooner than this?
BTW, you have a right to one credit report per year from each of the 3 bureaus...take advantage of it....just don't also request your credit score unless you're aware you WILL be charged for that.
No RIPOFF here, whatsoever.....and I still don't like this company.
